Shipping policy

Please be aware that due to the worldwide situation with COVID-19 some delivery methods are taking longer than usual.

We advise ordering early for the holiday season to avoid disappointment

 

UK Shipping

Shipping in the UK is completed by Royal Mail for smaller artworks or works on paper. Items over £50 will be tracked.

A courier such as Fed Ex or Hermes will be used where appropriate for larger paintings.

All original art over A4 in size will be shipped rolled in a tube.

Most original art orders should arrive in 3-5 days. Please email info@melissaobrienart before 10am if you require next day delivery for original art and we will endeavour to arrange this. 

Fine Art Prints are shipped by our print partner at a flat rate of £7.

European Shipping

Shipping to Europe is via by Royal Mail for smaller artworks or works on paper. Items over £50 will be tracked. 

A courier such as Fed Ex or Hermes will be used where appropriate for larger paintings.

All original art over A4 in size will be shipped rolled in a tube.

Most orders should arrive in 4-6 days. Please email info@melissaobrienart if you need a piece urgently and we will see what we can do!

Rest of World Shipping

Shipping is via by Royal Mail for smaller artworks or works on paper. Items over £50 will be tracked. Delivery times vary depending on mail service in destination countries. For instance US mail can currently take up to 6 weeks from the UK.

A courier such as Fed Ex or Hermes will be used where appropriate for larger paintings. This takes 3-5 days.

All original art over A4 in size will be shipped rolled in a tube.
